We can cook approximately 2,000 lbs. of rice per hour using a large, continuous rice-cooking line imported from Japan.

Rice can be shaped into blocks for box lunches(Bento), balls of sushi rice (shari-dama), patties and various other forms.
We can prepare approximately 5,000 balls of sushi rice per hour.
We deliver tasty rice every day from our hygienic factory, which is managed under the SSOP, HACCP and QC plans.
